Club Med Magic Haiti

Hi all, I am new to this forum. As I plan a visit to Haiti from the Dominican Republic next month, this time to visit an NGO there, and is I worked in Magic Haiti (GO excursions) the summer of 1987, when the village had to close middle of season due to political events, I try now to remember what was happening outside when I was there and later on. Situation was very tense and confused, difficult to work on tours...

... I was almost sure that the village had not reopened after its July-August 1987 closure, but now I saw on this forum a photo buy Daniel Bezert of the GOs team in... 1997 : no confusion of dates, cannot recognize any GO on that photo, not same faces as on mines, so is it possible that Magic Haiti reopened after 1987 and if so, when did it really close ?

Magic Haiti was reopened from 1995 to 1998, and today closed.

And now another Club took place there and its called Club Indigo.Believe it or not.
