Visiting CM Phuket in order to see your old boddie's (we are both ex-GO's living in Phuket for ages,my darling even worked here and we never expect a price reduction therefore) can cost you a fortune. A diner (sorry, wasn't fabulous) and watching le spectacle (GM show which is usually quite boring, Hmm) "only" costs 2'700.-- baht (approx. US 75 dollars ) per person not to talk if you have an extra drink at the bar and might want to invit your old friends which makes for two almost a month's salary for a local guy! MAYBE they don't want any "outsiders" even in LOW season but...Luckely will still had a great evening due to the lovely staff which know us for ages and "old" G0's . Would appreciate your opinion's...

Maybe you would have been able to get a price reduction if you had asked one of your friends?? Or bvetter still any friends who are CDS now! heehee...
But it IS pricey to visit for dinner. Isn't it more worth it to stay the night?

All in good time

I'm sure this club is not there for the locals and if you do venture in anyway you will pay what westeners pay. Is that fair? Probably not but should they charge based on the living costs of each country (that would be great for most of us) or what most GM are willing to pay for a vacation. Maybe they exclude some people and that's why there are less and more expensive resorts aorund the world.
Here in NA, 75$ for a dinner and a show is pretty good even if both of those things are not 5 stars.
