Club Med Cherating Beach

well im new 2 the forum and i just came back from cherating with my friends.......this waz the first time ive been 2 any club med and i thought it waz great.......the G.Os were SO kind and i waz wondering who iz your fav G.O. or G.Os?? i like: all of them from the circus temp: Momoco,Rhys,Paul,Tim,JC,Adrian..........

Juzzy: when were you there? i was there the 19-30th.
My favorites were: Maria, Maki, Joan, Rati, Fiona, Jenn, Alin, Jenn, Putri, Tika, Eva

The Circus GOs are totally THE best!! they are hot.
Adrian, Momoco, Timmy, Paul and Rhys..... I also like Tika and Gloria.. they are lovely....

I think Rhys arrived after you were at Cherating. He hadn't been there long when we arrived in July. And Rick went back to Australia in beginning of August to have his wrist fixed.

Oh dear! What happened to Rick's wrist? Was he injured? Is it because he's been catching heavy people like me??!!! : )-

Rick said it wasn't a specific injury as such but it happened progressively over a few weeks and he didn't rest it when it first hurt. It is tendon damage of some sort..and he was going home to get it properly checked out and treated/fixed.

I'll tell you though...she never answers, so who knows. I've not yet gotten an email from her.
I think it's easier just to call the club med and talk to them on the phone or send them letters(which I did on tuesday). I just mailed 17 packages to club med phuket + cherating on tuesday!! :) i just hope they get there cuz it cost me 27 USD!!

haha seems like evyerbody loves the cherating circus team. I didnt do the trapeze this year so i didn't get to know them....only Momoco because she was friends with one of my friends that I already knew from the previous year..
Hope you all find their emails!! Thats why I always carry pen and paper around with me on the last day I'm in club med and get everybody's emails. haha!!! :) I have a whole long list now. ANd I'm so glad too!

My favourite GO was Andy, the chief of animation
He was very nice and always full of energy (thanks for all the crazy signs!!!).
Also, I really loved Fabio and Daniel, the chief of sports. And also Cristina and her lovely daughter Lorena.
I still keep in touch with Fabio (he will go to Punta Cana next season).
He's such a great guy!!

for all those that have actually visited CM cherating... you guys are sooo lucky it sounds awesome. i'ld just like to ask, for those who have visited there from August-> umm how was rhys (circus GO). Because he lives with me back at home, cos he is my sisters bf. i miss him and was just wonderin how hes doin, cos he has barely any time for chatting on the phone SO BUSY!!!. and i love how i found this site and see how you all credit him for his work,.sweet. send back plz.

green: Thats awesome that you have such a close relation to a GO. Must be cool to have a fun GO in your house like Rhys! I'd love to have all my GO friends stay with me in my house, the only problem is that its super hard to get a US visa, so I'm pretty much stuck by myeslf lol. I'll just have to visit them is all :) no complaint there!! I get to back to CM for xmas and I"m really excited b/c I've never been at xmas before and I've heard its great fun! :)

yeh it is fun, gettin taught little circus tricks. ha. umm yeh i mite visit him in bali CM when he gets transferred.. sweet. well have fun at christmas time, should be fun! big party maybe :) not sure, never been to a CM. they'll do sumthin cool.

is he going to Bali next season? thats probably where I'm going in December...I'll look for him

I just came back from Cherating. It¡¯s very cool to know that someone knows Rhys from back home ƒ8ž1 He¡¯s doing well, very looking forward to Bali I think ;-) I really enjoyed the time there with Rhys and many other team mates of his. CM Cherating is great fun for us GMs who only stay there for 1 or 2 weeks, but I can understand how boring I can be sometimes to those young GOs. They are surrounded by ¡­ NOTHING¡­ pretty much.

Guess you haven't seen him for a while... hehehe, you will see his unique hair cut when you see him in Bali. Hope he keeps it. It suits him I think. Hehehe. Please say HI to him for me.

Sorry, I don't have any photos of Rhys. Thought I did though, must be too dark or something so got deleted straight away... what a shame.

I heard from him that his hair used to be quite long. I don't know how it exactly was before, but now it's mostly short but got a few little braids on the top

Yes, Rhys looks a whole lot different now than when he first went to Cherating. He is my fav GO but I might be a bit biased as I'm his Dad. His Mother (Carol) and I went to CM Cher. late Sept. for 8 days and met up with Rhys's Sister, Tesse and her BF, Benno who is the ex chief of circus at Cherating. The whole circus team @ Cherating are great guys and they have all become very close mates. It is a real shame to have to break this team up and I hope the Chief of Village realizes what a huge asset these guys are to CM. I beleive they are going to party in KL for a couple of days before going their separate ways. The up-side is that we get Rhys home for a week or two before he goes to Bali. If you are going to Cherating before the end of Oct. say Hi to Rhys and all the circus team for us. You cant miss Rhys. He is the only person there with a surfboard in a place that has no surf. Sorry to prattle-on but I had to acknowledge just how exceptional this circus team is. Adrian,( a great team leader) Rhys, Momoco, Paul, Tim & Giant (now home in Bali) you guys do ROCK and I hope to meet you all again in the future.

So as other circus team members. I totally agree with you that they shouldn¡¯t tear them apart. I could clearly see how close they got. Mika, there is more to been a GO than just been sexy. I am appalled by such sexist comments. The male GO's are more than just pieces of meat. They do have personalities and feelings as well. Disgraceful!
