Hello Everybody,
just to let you know:
To our disappointment we had to learn after our arrival that the Mini Club did not have GOs hat speak Mandarin from the second day of our stay, even though Chinese were probably the second biggest ethnic group in the Club after the Koreans
We tried to speak with the General Manager of the Club about this, as our kid did not speak English, which is the main language in the Mini Club. To our amazement, we were told, we cannot speak with the General Manager. We were told that the Assistant Manager would revert to us, who never did.
When we inquired at the end of the day again, we were told by the reception staff that nothing can be done.
We later found out that a second Chinese GO worked in the Mini Club in the summer and had only recently been transferred to the shop. It seems the management did not consider it worthwile to send her back to the Mini Club for a few days.
Two days later, my wife was rather rudely approached by a man, who turned out to be the Manager of the Mini Club, who demanded to know, why we are not sending our kid to the Mini Club (he wouldn't go because nobody would talk to him in a language he understood).

Hi, Guido
you don't need even worry about that coz it's Maylasia. Most local GOs can speak some Mandarin. And yes, Vicky is a very patient, nice GO. My 4 yr old daughter hanged out with her just fine. But she may or may not be there in Oct. She is there since last Sep. So she could leave any moment......
Don't worry ..... they will just make new friends and hve a lot of fun. ;)
