Mixed Hammam Enjoy the experience of relaxing in the hammam. This steam bath heated to about 50°C evacuates toxins through perspiration, facilitates exfoliation and produces a profound feeling of well- being and relaxation. There are a few guidelines and contraindications that should be taken into account.

To de-stress and relax, allow yourself to be tempted by the sauna. This steam bath, Finnish in origin, characterised by a dry heat of 70 to 90°C, eliminates toxins and produces a wonderful feeling of well-being. There are a few guidelines and contraindications that should be taken into account.
