The Discovery Centre offers a variety of excursions to discover the country.
The program of the excursions and the prices are given for information only. Prices can change during the season. Excursions have to be paid on the premises with local currency.
The Club Med has drawn up a Responsible Tourismcharter in all it's destinations , to guarantee responsible practice towards the environment, both natural and cultural, and ethical participation towards local economic development.
Mauritius Island is a real deep sea fishing destination. Sports, luck and adventure areon call during this expedition in hte comfort of these boats equipped with the IGFA standards.
Unique in the whole of the Indian Ocean, ride on a real submarine, discover the underwater fauna and flora and in complete safety!!! A rare and unforgettable experience.
On board a glass-bottom boat, visit the most beautiful marine park of Maurice, snorkelling then sailing on a private catamaran towards the Ile aux Cerfs to discover its paradise coloured lagoons, lunch on board, skewers of seafood, chicken and fish, grilled lobster, taste sea urchins, all accompanied by the sound of guitar and local music. You will then take a canoe to refresh yourself in the fresh waterfalls of Trou. Spare time on the Ile aux Cerfs, swimming or walk.
Board a sumptuous catamaran for the "Ile Plate" "The Governor's House", totally protected a few thousand nautical miles from Mauritius Island. This island is located aclose to the "Ilot Gabriel". It's a calm location, less visited where you will spend the day in another world in a breathtaking location: lunch in a small gastronomic restaurant, intimist and very exclusif. This restaurant is in a historical ruin and is part of the National Heritage its surrounded by breath taking vegetation and beach. A day dedicated to relaxation, swimining in a turkoise lagoon.

On board a yacht, discover the West coast, swim, snorkeling: lobster lunch on board,relax! Will you have the chance to spot the dolphins in the Bay of Tamarin? Go ahead, it's unforgettable!
Excursion recommended by our Discovery Center. The ultimate outing to discover Mauritius and its magic charm: the Hindu temple and sacred lake, a plantation of anthuriums, Chamarel and the waterfall and earth of 7 different colours, all enhanced by a meal in an idyllic setting. On the way back, visit the colonial house of Eureka and enjoy a cup of vanilla tea.

Sail aboard a luxurious 59 footHarris Wilson catamaran to the Northern isles (Gabriel or Plate) and discover wild beaches, turquoise waters and multi-coloured fish. Sun-bathing, snorkeling, grilled fish on board and a taste of rum.
Visit the Pamplemousse botanical gardens with their hundred-year-old trees and rare species, before returning to the mauritian capital, Port Louis.

A delightful boat trip along the coast. Discover the covered market at Port Louis, visit and shopping by the seaside.

Explore the Natural Park of Yemen (protected park), zigzag between deer, zebras and austriches.
Admire the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and the sugar cane fields. You must respect the rules and regulations of the animal park. Possibility of doing this by quad or segway.
This excursion is not recommended to people having back problems or are pregnant.
On board the Harris Wilson catamaran, witness the sunset over the Indian Ocean, with background music, punch and snacks on board, ever magical!
The unmissable Bois Chéri tea plantation, its factory, museum and tastings of 6 flavours. The Vanilla Crocodile park with its giant tortoises, crocs, iguanas and a wonderful collection of butterflies from around the world. Lunch at Domaine St Aubin, a vanilla plantation and distillery.
From 8 to 77 years old, experience walking under water while breathing freely.
