The AA schedule from the US that Club Med books when you do both air and land has been lousy. Arrive at the club around midnight, leave 5:30 or 6 AM. So, this year I'm doing my own thing. Does anyone have an estimate based on recent experience on what cab fare to and from the airport ought to be?

Well, we got a bunch of Euros, and launched off. At the airport, I asked the first cab in line how much, he said 60 euros. Seemed high, but I am in no position to argue due to my limited French. Reception at La Caravelle said 45 - 50 euros. We had them get us a taxi on our day of departure. I asked him if 45 euros was OK, he said c'est bon. Even I can understand that. So, around 45 euros would be a good starting number.
