Hi! I'll be in CM Balaia next june from 28 to 18 july (it's my tenth time, I suppose!).
Who knows if the chef will be Bruno Ibanez? Thanks!

The CDV will be Vincenzo del Zingaro. If my memory functions correctly, he is of Italian origin, but holds a Belgian passport.... If this is wrong... please please do not kill me !
